MCRC board meeting.
All club members are welcome to attend.
Good evening. I spoke with John today and we discussed holding this month's board meeting via a web conference.
It is important that in these times of higher anxiety and change that we try and maintain some of the normal things in our life. If we spend the next two months continuing to cancel meetings we, as a group, will start to pull apart. When this crisis is over the club may struggle to find its self again.
I've put together a Zoom web conference for this Thursday at 730pm. This web conference will be a bit different for us. But as communicators, we need to find new and innovative ways of passing messages. This is one of those new ways.
It is a COMPUTER audio conference so fine your computer microphone and get it hooked up before the meeting. We have a few days, so if anyone wants to practice please let me know. I'm happy to set up a test meeting.
