Here is an opportunity to get some sunshine and enjoy the company of your fellow hams.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a BYOM event. (bring your own meal) Pack a picnic lunch for yourself and maybe a dessert of special treat to pass around. This is NOT a pot luck.&nbsp;</p> <p>You are encouraged to bring a radio and make some contacts as well. In the past some members have set up QRP or small portable stations to make a few casual contacts. Show off that cool new GO box you spent the summer putting together.</p> <p>Maybe just relax by the water and watch the freighter traffic on the river.
