This event happens seasonally, on the 3rd full weekend of the month (Saturday & Sunday UTC). These are ‘activity weekends’ where the main purpose is to get out in the parks, and have as much fun as possible.

• Winter - 3rd Full Weekend of January. January 18-19, 2025
• Spring - 3rd Full Weekend of April. April 19-20, 2025
• Summer - 3rd Full Weekend of July. July 20-21, 2024
• Autumn - 3rd Full Weekend of October. October 19-20, 2024

Park Activated: 20 QSOs @ Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge US-0346.

Moved to Sunday June 30, 2024 @ 8:00 am at the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge (US-0346).

On Saturday, June 29, 2024 @ 8:00 am, K8UFM (Randall) will be at the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge (US-0346).

I will be setup at the covered picnic area. When you enter the park, stay to the left and as you approach the fishing pier the covered picnic area will be on the left.

The club picnic is planned to be held on August 10, 2024 at Elizabeth Park. Bring your own food and beverages to enjoy good conversations and fellowship with other club members and guests.

The MCRCA is holding it's annual hamfest at the Monroe County Fairgrounds on June 16, 2024 from 7:30AM till 1:00PM.

We wanted to provide an update regarding the ARROW Dayton Bus to Hamvention. We have decided to extend the deadline to April 12^th 2024 to see about getting more people registered.

Stadium Blvd) at 4:30 a.m., arriving in Xenia around 8:30 a.m. On board, you can stretch out, relax, take a nap, chat with other hams, and enjoy a light breakfast with coffee as the coach takes you directly to the country’s largest amateur radio event!

It is with much sadness that I pass on the news that Brad Modi - N8BAM has become a silent key at the age of 69.
